The Electric Mobility Rascal 388XL mobility scooter features greatly improved performance plus full front and rear lighting. It combines safety with 6mph performance which puts it in a class of its own. A luxurious Captain seat, lift-up arm rests with adjustable width, a 5 position adjustable tiller and a lift-up tiller head for easy access are all fitted as standard.
