Delivery is only available to the United Kingdom. Please contact us for delivery charges off the mainland.
Delivery:- We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Deliveries are usually made using Royal Mail, and we endeavour to deliver all items within 7 working days from date of payment clearance, but please allow up to 28 days for some items.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will be notified by e-mail if your order is likely to take longer than 7 working days.
Postage and packing are charged as follows
£ 0.01 to £ 10.00 p&p = £ 1.50
£ 10.01 to £ 40.00 p&p = £ 2.50
£ 40.01 to £ 75.00 p&p = £ 5.00
£ 75.01 to £100.00 p&p = £ 7.50
£ 100.01 + p&p = £15.00
some items that are heavy or bulky will be charged seperately.

Returns:-
Please contact us prior to returning any goods. All items have a 30 day money back home approval. Any items returned to us within 30 days of receipt; undamaged and in it's original packaging will be eligible to a full refund less delivery charge.
Payment:-
You can pay:- By credit / debit card on-line using the PayPal Secure Server. By credit / debit card over the telephone. By credit / debit card by fax or mail. By cheque or Postal Order.
If ordering on line you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with all the details and a V.A.T exemption form to sign. Your order will be processed when we receive your confirmation of VAT Exemption.
VAT Exemption Information:-
Approval for sale without V.A.T. has been granted by HM Customs & Excise for items manufactured specially to suit a disabled person. The items must be purchased by or for a disabled person for his or her personal use, and the appropriate declaration form signed. The same exemption is extended to charities who purchase items to make available to disabled people.
Not all items are exempt.
There are 2 options if you wish to claim exemption from VAT.
1. Complete the VAT exemption certificate sent to you by e-mail.
2. Download, print and complete a VAT exemption certificate and post, fax or e-mail to Forr Mobility. to download click on link VAT Exemption Certificate
Note:- Orders cannot be dispatched without a valid VAT exemption certificate.
